This morning it was announced that Nidal Malik Hasan (I refuse to address him as Major)  is to be charged today with 13 counts of murder and dozens of counts of attempted murder. He’ll be tried in a Military Court. (what do you bet the trial will be Classified?)

Since that tweet, I’ve been talking about this with people on twitter, and got a reply that got me thinking and wanting to blog (sometimes 140 characters isn’t near enough, tis why I blog *s*)

My thoughts:  (grab a snack, this is a long one lol) Hasan should be charged with 14 counts of murder!  That mommy he killed had the right to have her child, and the child had the right to life!  Obama and Liberals who don’t consider “fetuses” babies are cold and turning a blind eye to the evidence that babies are babies from as early as 8 weeks gestation.  Science has proven babies breathe in the womb very early, as early as 8 weeks. Amniotic fluid was designed by God to give the baby oxygen and give them practice in breathing so they can live outside the womb.  Amniotic fluid fills the lungs and until they fully develop. Anyone who’s watched an ultrasound has watched babies as early as 8 weeks along breathing, sucking their thumb, even crying. 

A baby is a baby no matter how small. I lost a baby at 6 months gestation in ’96.  When I held him it was clear he has all there, down to hair, fingernails and my nose.  I’ll never forget that nose…  My son got a name, birth certificate, death certificate and a full funeral as every human being deserves.  Women (and girls) who have abortions are lied to and told their babies are “just tissue”.  They almost always realize or learn later that was a lie.  Women who have abortions usually end up with depression and mental disorders, and many commit suicide.

It’s a baby, not a choice. If you don’t want your baby, I can direct you to 5 couples I personally know who can’t have a child and who’d love to give that baby a loving home.  I support making a woman watch their child on ultrasound before getting an abortion.  I’d bet anything the abortion rate would plummet, because it’s clear on ultrasounds those babies are adorable tiny little babies; moving, kicking, hiccuping, breathing, LIVING babies. They have moods, and you can find vids on YouTube of them in there bouncing and playing, and responding to us on the outside.  I am proudly pro-life.

What do you think of Hasan being charged with 13 counts instead of 14?
