Will 9/11 Justice be served or….does something smell fishy.. hmmm…???
I just got this question from my mom via e-mail (and her permission to blog it lol) This is a very interesting question, and an excellent point…. Please tell me what you think, and if you know the answer to this, thanks!
My mom’s question:
“Let me see……. You know what? I was just thinking about these terrorists being brought to New York to be tried in an American court. I may be wrong but I thought we Americans have the RIGHT to be tried by a jury of our peers, which won’t happen to them in New York!! Where can they find a jury of their “peers” I am sure some defense attorney will come up with this as a defense for them! Just my thoughts!”My reply was this:
“They’re not Americans, so they’re going to get SPECIAL TREATMENT. They’ll be above American law, although they’ll be tried in an American court. This is a good topic, I’m gonna blog about it and see what others say.”I haven’t researched this alot, and I’m certainly no Constitution expert, but doesn’t it boggle the mind that this is happening?? Why is Obama wanting them to be tried in NYC in a civilian court? They should have already been tried and convicted in a Military court and executed. But that’s my opinion…
I’m not even sure which ones of them were American citizens and which weren’t (I thought some were on Visas right?) Can non-citizens be tried in our courts? If they were citizens, could they get a “fair trial” in NYC?? (not that my mom or I *care* if they get any of their rights, they are terrorists….)
There’s got to be more to this story of bringing them to NYC, you know???

The Rational the Obama admin Brings up is that this will foster some sort of equal Justice and help Settle some harsh feelings tward America from the Muslim world.. What Kills me is this was done in the 90′s when the First World Trade Center Bombers were tried in New York. We see what has happened to the WTC Towers since then!!
Ultimatly, This will drag out in our Court System. Any real good defense Atty. worth their weight of the Ambulance he/ she chases, will make this trial look Like a farce and have a mistrial forced Down our Throats.
The Obama Admin Tried to make this their Grand Photo Op…I predict it will blow up in their faces like so many of their Stunts have so far!!!

Hey ReconChesty! Great comment! I agree. I think it will end in a mistrial for many reasons. If we thought the OJ trial was bad, wait til this one starts! It will be a complete mad house. And it will end in a total miscarriage of justice!!! That is no accident either, I think it’s being planned that way.. Grrr!!!
